The road is not maintained by the City of Rancho Palos Verdes. It is owned and maintained by the 23 households who live along it, who coordinate as a voluntary residents' association.

Shared road costs

Each home on Diamonte Lane contributes to the ongoing cost of maintaining the private road (asphalt overlays, seal coats, drainage, tree work, etc.). Buyers should expect periodic assessments as projects come up. There is no HOA and no recorded assessments; contributions are voluntary and coordinated through the association.
