About the Road

Diamonte Lane is a private road in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. The city does not maintain it — the 23 households who share it do.

There is no formal HOA. Neighbors coordinate voluntarily as the Diamonte Lane Road Association to handle upkeep like resurfacing, drainage, tree work, and shared repairs.

How costs are shared

When a project comes up (paving, seal coat, storm-drain work), residents split the cost. Everyone chips in the same base amount; voluntary contributors from adjacent streets may also help. Progress is tracked transparently in this application, visible to all residents.
